On SD 50610.09, the Manticore docked at Starbase 36, with the crew of the USS Exeter, who had been tortured by Klingon extremeists on Tanemo-9. Before the ship could leave, the Exeter crew started showing signs of a disease. It quickly spread to all of that crew, all of Manticore's crew and even the staff on base. The plague from Tanemo-9 started with itching and leasions and soon the patient scratched open so much of their skin that they died. At the last minute, some unknown combination in the ingredients of Dr. Mary Major's cookies was providing relief and allowing normal treatments to take hold. On SD 50611.20, the Manticore was released from quaurantine and was able to leave the base.
